Innanzitutto sappiate che un cucciolo NON E' un oggetto acquistabile "on line", bensì un essere vivente, che merita di essere attentamente valutato da entrambe le parti: chi lo desidera, e chi lo ha fatto nascere e allevato.

Prima di accettare la prenotazione, desideriamo avere colloqui interlocutori approfonditi  (anche più di uno) per cercare di ben comprendere se sia il cucciolo giusto. Le innumerevoli e-mail e telefonate non ci disturbano, le infinite domande sono ben accette e indice di scelta responsabile: nel caso in cui non rispondiamo nell'arco di 24 ore, significa che abbiamo qualche problema con internet...(purtroppo capita di frequente) in tal caso telefonateci!

Naturalmente è preferibile che si venga a farci visita, in modo da conoscere i genitori (o almeno la mammina nel caso di monta esterna) e da prendere visione della documentazione sanitaria relativa, e poter parlare e discutere e conoscerci di persona: spesso queste visite sono decisive, sia un senso positivo sia negativo, ma certamente ci si fa un'idea di cosa siano davvero un cane corso e un australian shepherd.

Non inviamo MAI via mail i documenti relativi ai nostri cani, per tutela della privacy e per evitare usi impropri, ma sono visibili presso di noi e le fotocopie dei documenti dei genitori seguiranno il cucciolo all'atto della cessione.

Noi NON cediamo i nostri cuccioli, cuccioloni e nemmeno adulti ai negozianti, NON  rispondiamo a telefonate "anonime" con numero privato, e soprattutto NON rispondiamo a sms freddi e banali.

La prenotazione viene fatta solo con versamento di caparra confirmatoria a cui seguirà un nostra conferma di ricezione scritta, ove è riportata la somma versata, le preferenze di sesso, colore, e carattere, in base a ciò che il cucciolo dovrà andare a fare nel suo futuro.

La prenotazione naturalmente ha una graduatoria solo se a parità di caratteristiche richieste.

Nel caso in cui fra i cuccioli nati non ve ne sia uno rispondente alle richieste, viene resa per intero la somma versata oppure, su specifica richiesta dell'acquirente, viene trattenuta per il successivo lieto evento.

Nel caso in cui l'acquirente rinunci volontariamente e senza giustificato motivo, nonostante la nascita del cucciolo rispondente ai suoi desideri, la caparra verrà trattenuta a titolo di indennizzo.
